Photo London works closely with several advisory committees that play key roles in shaping the direction and programming of the Fair. These committees bring together experts from diverse fields within the photography and art worlds, contributing to the Fair’s vision, curatorial direction, and engagement with new audiences.

Members of the Advisory Board play a key role in encouraging the development of the various networks on which Photo London depends. The Advisory Board is committed to maintaining Photo London’s status as a major event in the international art world calendar.

Photo London’s Curatorial Committee comprises some of some the field’s most esteemed curators and advisors, and are committed to ensuring Photo London is a destination for collectors to encounter the most innovating emerging artists, new work by established masters and rare vintage pieces.

Philippe Garner (Chair) – Former Director at Christie’s and International Head of Photographs and 20th Century Decorative Arts and Design

Renee Mussai –Independent curator, scholar, and writer – former Senior Curator / Head of Collection at Autograph, and Artistic Director of The Walther Collection

Simone Klein – Photography Advisor and Appraiser

Sofia Vollmer de Maduro – Director of Programs, Society of the Four Arts, Palm Beach, collector and Curator Emeritus of the Alberto Vollmer Foundation collection

Martin Barnes – Senior Curator, Photographs at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London

Tristan Lund – Art Consultant, Dealer and Collection Curator of The Incite Project, a UK based collection of photojournalism and documentary photography. Tristan also represents a select group of emerging photographic artists

Brandei Estes – Photographs Specialist, Curator and Advisor 

The Young Collectors Circle is formed by young photograhy collectors and contemporary art collectors, interested in including photography in their collections. It advises on introducing new collectors to the Fair, with the intention of creating and educating a generation of young collectors for Photo London.
