Invited by Belmond to journey aboard the Andean Explorer, Colin Dodgson travelled through the Peruvian highlands with a camera and a painter’s eye. The images in this book drift between vast altitudes and minute observations, from the stillness of Lake Titicaca to potatoes shaped by altitude and time. Shot on film and printed by the artist, the photographs carry a quiet luminosity, like dusk settling across a landscape.
