Louise Clements: On Collections

Curator and Artistic Director of QUAD & FORMAT International Photo Festival, Louise Clements talked about Collections as part of the preview day of Photo London.

From the Silvermine of Beijing to the found photos of Detroit, Louise Clements presented an illustrated talk that explored the phenomenon of photographic collections as art through the work of leading photographic artists that re-present and develop new meanings by the use and development of vernacular, participatory, archived and personal photographic collections.
