On Terence Donovan: Robin Muir, writer, Philippe Garner, curator, and Diana Donovan in conversation

This panel discussion explores the work of the late Terence Donovan, the fashion photographer who become a household name synonymous with glamorous photographs of the 60s. Curator, author and former picture editor of Vogue, Robin Muir, who has written extensively on Donovan, will speak with Philippe Garner, ex- Sotheby’s and Christie’s, and Chair of the 2017 Photo London Curatorial Committee. Among other writings on 20th century photography, Garner contributed to the publication Terence Donovan: Portraits (2016). Diana Donovan OBE, former chairman of the Arts Foundation, English National Ballet School and trustee of The Photographers’ Gallery, married Terence in 1970 and continues to manage his archive.
