Panel Discussion: Howard Greenberg, Quentin Bajac, Michael Wilson and Anthony D’Offay
Sunday 22 May 2016
Photo London Auditorium
Curator… Dealer….Collector: How do these roles intersect? Where are the common interests and the potential conflicts? Where do market forces collide with curatorial values? How do collectors relate to dealers, and vice versa?
Four specialists at the top of their fields will join Photo London to discuss the issues frankly, each from their own position. Quentin Bajac is The Joel and Anne Ehrenkranz Chief Curator of Photography at the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Howard Greenberg is one of the world’s foremost gallerists; Michael Wilson is renowned for his superb collection. Anthony D’Offay opened his first gallery in 1965 and has since 2001 led the ARTIST ROOMS programme with Tate.
