Good Works connects the Laird and Good Company roster of artists and imagemakers with initiatives dedicated to leaving a positive impact on the world. Through charitable print sales, mentorship programs, and special partnerships our goal is to use creativity as a force for meaningful change, ultimately bringing visual work to life that serves a greater purpose.
Good Works launched in November 2023 with its first charitable print sale. Made possible by ten artists — Ciril Jazbec, Finn Beales, Gentl and Hyers, Leeor Wild, Mark Elzey, Maureen M. Evans, PEDEN + MUNK, Rich Stapleton, Richard Phibbs, and William Jess Laird — the inaugural collection of photographs supports 1% for the Planet® Impact Fund at National Philanthropic Trust. The fund is dedicated to driving positive environmental change through targeted philanthropic grantmaking and impact investing, which supports innovative projects that protect our planet’s ecosystems, conserve biodiversity, and combat climate change.
Each bi-annual collection of photographs is curated to aid a different organization within the sectors of conservation, restoration, climate adaptation, and emergency relief. 100% of profits from all sales are donated to our philanthropic partners. We look forward to launching our second collection in spring of 2024.
Our printer is the UK’s first fine art and photographic printing service that is 100% end-to-end carbon neutral.
