GUERIN PROJECTS

GUERIN PROJECTS will present a new series of works by contemporary photographer Robin Hunter Blake, curated with a sculpture by Auguste Rodin, reflecting on the sculptor's passion for Stroboscopic photography and particularly the work of Eadweard Muybridge (1830-1904), reflected in the work of Robin Hunter Blake. Robin Hunter Blake is a British-American photographer and director based in London. His work is deeply romantic and enquires upon values of identity and philosophy, using the camera as a tool to decode and search for the nuances that make up the human experience. The pieces are about passion, anger, lust and fervour.

GUERIN PROJECTS was created by Marie-Claudine Llamas (b.1994). Marie-Claudine is a French, London based independent curator. She is rapidly making a name for herself as a star curator of the next generation and prominent figure on the contemporary art scene, with acclaimed exhibitions over the past decade which have included"The Power of She" at Bowman Sculpture. MC recently presented a very well received exhibition of James D. Kelly’s photography at Photo London, which generated much praise in the media including The Times, The Guardian and Forbes.
