Laura Pannack: Youth
On the occasion of the fifth edition of Photo London, the city’s foremost photography show, we are delighted to present a contemporary photography exhibition by acclaimed photographer Laura Pannack in collaboration with Francesca Maffeo Gallery.
To celebrate the exhibition, we are hosting a breakfast reception and panel discussion with curator and writer, David Campany, and artist Laura Pannack, moderated by art business consultant, Linda Tori. ‘Laura Pannack: Youth’ exhibits works from Pannack’s diverse practice, focusing on her ongoing weekly blog featuring portraiture and social documentary artwork from the past 11 years.
The show also includes her ‘Youth Without Age’ series – depicting the fragility of life in the Romanian landscape and the role of folklore in its culture – and the ‘Separation series’, which takes us through the myriad of emotions experienced by London-based couples who have been forced to contemplate separation as a result of Brexit.
