Founded in the city of Maastricht in 2008, Suite 59 Gallery relocated in 2011 to its current location in the old former port of Amsterdam. The gallery is specialised and devoted to the black and white image
as an initiates several exhibitions a year and collaborates with various international museums, art foundations and galleries . And participates at international art fairs.
Suite 59 Gallery will present at Photo London 2025 an unique collection of vintage silver gelatin prints by Edward Quinn and Andre Villers. At the same time Wildlife photographer Griet Van Malderen will show extraordinary unique photographs of her project 'The Story of Namibian Desert Lions'. She took pictures for the last four years in the vast deserts of Namibia where there is a small vast group of Lions
including three orphaned cubs who have learned to survive in one of the toughest places on Earth. Mart Engelen will show among others a series of photographs 'From Biarritz to Nazaré' along the Atlantic coast
of the actual surf culture. Last but not least on view will be extraordinary photography by Donata Wenders, Gilles Caron and Ernst Scheidegger.
