End Times is a project that explores global environmental collapse and how we consume information about it, by reconsidering entrenched narratives and understanding. The images are journalistic in their attempt to present truth rather than agenda and artistic in the way they consider subjects and storytelling: visually, rather than editorially. The project is ongoing.

Charlie Hamilton James is a world renowned photographer and filmmaker. Starting his career in television at 16, working for David Attenborough, he went on to become a multi-award winning wildlife cameramaen. Charlie produced his first film at 26. ‘My Halcyon River’, was voted by Reelscreen to be one of the top ten wildlife films of all time and remains a ‘bible film’ for producers learning emotional story telling. Charlie went on to produce, direct and write numerous award winning films for BBC, Animal Planet and National Geographic; before moving into roles as host, series producer and executive producer. His current film Billy and Molly (Director / Writer / DOP), a feature length documentary about love, loss and connection, set in Shetland, premiered at SXSW in March 2024 and on Disney+ in May and has already picked up numerous festival awards including the Golden Panda at Wildscreen 24. Charlie also work as a senior photographer for National Geographic magazine and was awarded the National Geographic Photographer’s Photographer Award in 2022 – the highest honour in his field.
