Nikon presents: The Art of Architecture Photography with Ben Moore

Photo London is excited to offer a series of workshops in collaboration with Nikon UK. These workshops are free for all Photo London ticket holders, but advance booking is highly recommended as spaces are limited to five participants per session. Note that workshop tickets do not include entry to the Fair—you must hold a valid day ticket to attend.

Join Ben Moore for an inspiring architecture photography workshop, where you’ll master the essential composition techniques required to capture stunning architectural images. Ben will guide you in leveraging lighting and weather conditions to enhance your photographs, while sharing insights into his distinctive style. You’ll learn to identify key elements like repetition and symmetry on location and explore how to incorporate composition techniques, such as leading lines, to create compelling, immersive images that naturally draw the viewer’s eye into the frame.

• Visualising and shooting interesting architecture images
• Creating images including geometric patterns, building shapes, textures, reflections and symmetry
• Seeing and capturing creative compositions
• Learning the best camera settings and composition ideas for shooting inspiring architecture images

Instructor Profile:

This workshop will be led by a Nikon Creator, Ben Moore. Ben Moore has an eye for architecture, urban street scenes and compelling aerials that instinctively draw in the viewer and have made him a highly sought-after commercial photographer. It was only a decade ago that he bought his first DSLR on a whim because it was the one gadget he didn’t have in his collection. The workshop will last one hour. Please arrive at the Nikon Gallery 15 minutes before the start time. You’ll also have the chance to loan the latest Nikon products during this session, but please bring your own memory card.
