Loa Haagen Pictet is a Danish art historian and curator who, since 2004, has been responsible for building up Pictet Art Collection of Swiss art from 1805 to present day. Additionally, she initiated in 2011 a collection for The Graduate Institute/Maison de la paix, Geneva. She is also a board member of several museum foundations and chair of the International Association of Corporate Collections of Contemporary Art (IACCCA) since 2014.

Anne-Marie Beckmann is an art historian and curator. Since 1999 she has been curating the photography collection of Deutsche Börse and developing the company’s cultural program. The Art Collection Deutsche Börse is an extensive collection of contemporary photography. She is a Lecturer in the photography department at the University of Art and Design in Offenbach/Main. Since August 2015 she is the director of the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation.

The conversation will be chaired by Jane Morris, Editor-at-Large of The Art Newspaper.
