Paci contemporary, member of AIPAD, was founded in 2004 with the aim of creating a new space for the evolution of the contemporary artistic research. The gallery has two location: one in Brescia, a great space focused on photography, and a second one in Porto Cervo. The works exhibited unveil the preference towards photography as the main field of investigation. The artists are represented by the gallery for Italy, Europe and for the world. Along with his biggest represented artists (S. Skoglund, M. Macku, T. Hocks, R. Gibson, E. Rondepierre, L. Krims, N. Burson, M. Cravo Neto, A. Tress, L. Nix, G. Weston, P. Borges...),
the gallery has recently inaugurated another prestigious exhibition project centered on one of the major interpreters of the twentieth century, the famous photographer Horst P. Horst, of which Paci contemporary has become reference gallery in Italy. Author of photographs universally recognized as a synonym for elegance, style and glamor, his most famous images will be the displayed during throughout 2018/2018 season. At the same time also Douglas Kirkland joined the roster of the artist represented by the gallery.
Moreover, the great anthological volume on Sandy Skoglund curated by Prof. Germano Celant is going to be published very soon, together with the world-preview of her last accomplished work "Winter". The beginning of 2019 will feature three important museum exhibitions to promote Sandy Skoglund's last and so long awaited work "Winter": one in Italy (Camera Museum in Turin), one in Europe and one international (Fotografiska Museum in New York).
