Founded in 1978, GALLERY YEH has been at the center of the history of Korean art galleries, introducing Korean Modern and Contemporary Art to the public. Starting from Insa-Dong-the cradle of Korean art galleries-GALLERY YEH moved to Gangnam in 1982, being the first gallery to open in the area. GALLERY YEH seeks to start anew in Changdeockgung-gil, to vitalize the areas' artistic spirit.
Apart from gallery exhibitions, GALLERY YEH has actively engaged in international exhibition curations, various projects, public artworks. GALLERY YEH past 47 years hav been an endlress effort to advance Korean art, maximizing their expertise and dedication to art. its future will also be marked by an endless effort to influence the global art scene along with artists of the highest caliber from both Korea and overseas.
