Photo London 2026 takes place in the National Hall at Olympia London. The fair brings together leading international galleries, a curated Publishers section, a public programme of talks and events, and dedicated spaces for collectors and VIP guests. The 2026 edition marks a new chapter for the fair, with an enhanced layout designed to support deeper engagement with photography across its historic and contemporary forms.

Ticket Types

All general admission tickets are valid only for the day or days booked. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Exclusive access to the Preview Day from 13.00, with early entry to exhibitions and programming.

Access on a selected public day.

Valid for the final three hours of the selected public day.

Available to full-time students, visitors aged 65 and over, and visitors requiring disability access.

Complimentary ticket for a companion supporting a disabled visitor.

Private Tours

Photo London VIP Tours are led by photography specialists, including critics, curators and educators, and are tailored to the interests of each group.

Tours provide an opportunity to discover new work, meet gallerists from across the world, and experience the fair alongside a knowledgeable guide.

Private Tours are £250 for a one-hour tour for up to 15 people.

Talks Programme

The 2026 Talks Programme will present a focused line-up of speakers and contributors, offering critical perspectives on contemporary and historic photography.

Full details will be announced ahead of the Fair. Public Talks require separate registration through the ticketing platform.
Talk tickets do not include admission to the Fair. Visitors must hold a valid admission ticket for the same day as the Talk.

Book Signings and Public Programme

An ongoing programme of book signings and special events will take place throughout the Fair.

Details will be available in the Public Programme section ahead of the event.

Getting to Olympia London

Olympia London is well connected by public transport and is located directly next to Kensington Olympia Station.

Kensington Olympia Station is served by the London Overground Mildmay line and Southern Rail services. The venue is also within walking distance of West Kensington and Barons Court Underground stations.

Please note that the eastbound platform at Barons Court will be closed for essential maintenance from 19 January until early June 2026. During this period, visitors travelling eastbound on the Piccadilly line should travel via Hammersmith. For the District line, please use West Kensington.

Visitors are advised to check Transport for London for the latest service information before travelling.

District line
On weekdays, change at West Brompton for a short Overground journey to Kensington Olympia. Alternatively, Olympia is an eight-minute walk from West Kensington, or a short bus journey from High Street Kensington.

At weekends, District line services run between Earl’s Court and Kensington Olympia. Please check before travelling.

Central line
Change at Shepherd’s Bush for a short Overground journey to Kensington Olympia.

Piccadilly line
Barons Court station is approximately a nine-minute walk from Olympia.
From 19 January until early June 2026, the eastbound platform at Barons Court will be closed. Visitors travelling eastbound should use Hammersmith.

Hammersmith and City line
Hammersmith station is a short bus journey or approximately a 15-minute walk from Olympia.

Circle line
High Street Kensington station is a short bus journey or approximately a 12-minute walk from Olympia. Hammersmith station is also nearby by bus or on foot.

London Overground – Mildmay line
Frequent services run between Stratford and Clapham Junction, stopping at Kensington Olympia.

Southern Rail
Services operate between Kensington Olympia and Watford Junction.

Olympia is served by several local bus routes, all within a short walk of the venue:

  • 9 – Aldwych to Hammersmith
  • 23 – Westbourne Park to Hammersmith
  • 27 – Chalk Farm to Turnham Green
  • 28 – Kensal Rise to Wandsworth
  • 49 – White City to Clapham Junction
  • 391 – Fulham to Richmond

Night services N9, N23, N27 and N28 also serve the area.

Visitors travelling by bicycle are advised to consult the Transport for London cycling pages for recommended routes and nearby docking stations.

Parking at Olympia is available for Blue Badge holders only and must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

There are strict parking controls on surrounding streets. Olympia is within the Ultra Low Emission Zone. Visitors should check whether their vehicle is subject to the ULEZ charge before travelling.

Public transport is recommended wherever possible.

Accessibility

Olympia London is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all visitors.

  • Pre-bookable accessible parking spaces are available in the Motorail Car Park, including wider bays for Blue Badge holders, subject to availability.
  • Step-free access is available at the main entrance of the National Hall, alongside all other main entrances in Olympia.

  • Ramps and passenger lifts provide access to upper levels.
  • Clear signage and floorplans support navigation throughout the venue.

  • Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow and should be booked in advance.
  • Assistance animals are welcome at most events. Visitors should check with the event organiser for any specific restrictions.
  • On-site staff are available to provide assistance during your visit.
  • Olympia London is accredited as a dementia-friendly venue by the Mayor of London’s culture team.

Security and Bag Policy

Security checks will take place at the entrance. All visitors are required to present a valid ticket on entry.

For the safety of the artworks exhibited, large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the Fair. The following items must be checked into the cloakroom:

  • Backpacks of any size
  • Bags or cases on wheels
  • Bags larger than an A3 tote bag
  • Multiple bags per person

A cloakroom is available on site. The cloakroom cost is £2 per item.

Cameras and Photography

Cameras with telephoto lenses or tripods are not permitted inside the Fair. Cameras without telephoto lenses or tripods may be brought inside.

Camera passes are issued to accredited press only and will be communicated directly.

Food and Drink

Food and drink options will be available within the Fair. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Visiting with Children

Children are welcome. Concessionary and complimentary tickets are available as outlined above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Photo London 2026 takes place 14–17 May 2026 at Olympia London, with Preview Day on 13 May.

Re-entry is not permitted with day tickets. Weekend Pass holders may visit across both days but cannot re-enter on the same day once they have exited.

Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the Fair.

Access to indoor areas is restricted to guide and assistance dogs only.
