nüüd.berlin is a gallery for contemporary art founded by Henner Merle in 2019, after he had already been director and co-founder of the former gallery “ZFF - Zentrum für Fotografie” in Berlin in 1997/98 and, from 2016, organised numerous pop-up exhibitions at changing locations. The gallery's focus is on contemporary photography and painting, whereby many of the gallery's artists are intertwined with the other medium in one way or another. The gallery's artists are as diverse and multi-faceted as the gallery's visitors; this also creates a diverse and colourful exchange among the artists and the audience, which is reflected in the varied exhibitions. In 2024, nüüd.berlin will take part in the Photo London and photo basel 2024 art fairs.
